  5. 5.3.1. Sequence > Quantize [K]
  6.  
  7. Choosing this item quantizes selected events. The quantize process will be
  8. done based on parameters you specified in the "Quantize setup" dialog.

  14. Choosing this item displays a dialog which allows you to specify parameters
  15. used for quantization.

  17.   1. Resolution: Specify the interval of "quantize-grid".
  18.   2. Sensitivity: Specify the sensitivity parameter which determines the
  19.      threshold time (=resolution*sensitivity). The threshold time will be
  20.      used to decide whether or not a note event is a target of quantization.
  21.      In case sensitivity is positive, only note events in condition that the
  22.      distance from a nearest quantize-grid is less than the threshold-time
  23.      will be target of quantization. In case sensitivity is positive, only
  24.      note events in condition that the distance from a nearest quantize-grid
  25.      is longer than the threshold-time will be target of quantization.
  26.   3. Strength: Specify how strongly note events will be attracted to a
  27.      quantize-grid. If you set this parameter to 100%, all note events will
  28.      be placed at one of quantize-grids. If you set this parameter to 50%,
  29.      note events will be placed at a half distance from a nearest grid.
  30.   4. Shift: Specify the shift parameter. Note events which have been targets
  31.      of quantize will be shifted for specified steps.

  38. Choosing this item reassigns channels of selected events. In a dialog which
  39. appears after choosing this item, you can specify the assign-table which is
  40. used to reassignment. If you check the option "Leave original", original
  41. events are not removed.

  47. Choosing this item reassigns tracks of selected events. In a dialog which
  48. appears after choosing this item, you can specify the source track number
  49. and the destination track number. If you check the option "Leave original",

  65. target event type and the mapping table.

  71. Choosing an item in this sub-menu executes function of the chosen plug-in
  72. module. The result of execution will be depended on a module. For details
  73. about functions provided by plug-in modules, refer the chapter
  74. "Customizing".

  78. 5.3.8. Sequence > Sequence setup...

  80. Choosing this item displays a dialog which allows you to specify parameters
  81. about the current sequence data.

  83.   1. Number of Tracks: Specify the number of tracks in the sequence. It is
  84.      impossible to set this parameter to the value less than the number of
  85.      tracks which already contains events. If you specify 2 or more to this
  86.      parameter, the current sequence data will be save in standard MIDI file
  87.      format 1.
  88.   2. Song length(bars): Specify the length of the sequence by the number of
  89.      bars. It is impossible to set this parameter to the value less than the
  90.      number of bars which already contains events.
  91.   3. Timebase: Specify the timebase (time-resolution) parameter of the
  92.      sequence. If you change this parameter, you can not undo this
  93.      operation.
